I need help creating a routine for better mental health

Hi everyone,

I’m 17, and I feel like I should have a morning routine by now, but I don’t. I often forget to do basic things like brushing my teeth, doing my makeup, or even showering. I really want to fix this and establish a routine that helps me take better care of myself.

If anyone has tips or strategies for creating a simple and effective morning routine, I would really appreciate your advice!
