I’m reaching out because I’ve been facing quite a few challenges with a mattress purchase from The Brick. Despite my efforts to resolve the issues through the local store, customer service has been less than helpful, and I’m struggling to escalate my concerns.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get in touch with someone at their headquarters? If you know of a specific customer service email or phone number that could help me reach the right people, I’d really appreciate it!
